What's New?ClubTryouts for club can't start until after December 1. I'm still planning to coach the volleyball club this year. We had such a successful, eventful season that to give it up would be a shame. Unfortunately, we had to miss out on Nationals due to several incidents against club guidelines at Provincials. We have such a good group of athletes and parents. Although saddening, the parents were totally supportive of our team and our decision in not going to Saskatoon. I'll be coaching the midget girls this year. It's finally come full circle, since that's what I started coaching in with NAVC. NAITI am still an Assistant Coach for the NAIT Womens Volleyball team. Unfortunately, we didn't make the Provincial pool last season. We will have a young inexperienced team, but there are chances for some rookies to start, and play. I'm excited for this season on seeing who comes out. High SchoolI am no longer coaching at Ross Sheppard HS. I had been there for six years. I helped coach the W.P. Wagner Jr. Boys this year. It was the first time coaching guys. It's a toss up on who is it better to coach, guys or girls. Well that's it for now! |
